Machines not being cleaned sufficiently after batches

After having Issues with many other Manufacturers of late. I'm surprised to open a can of Nestle Condenced milk, this afternoon, to find what would resemble a toffee brown color and smell of Banana. I'm fed up with Manufacturers not caring about their product any more and customers not wanting to cause a problem.
