Long wait for prize

I recently entered the Nescafe Gold promotion and won an iPhone. My name was published on their Facebook page without my knowledge and upon being arleted that my name had been published as a winner, I called the agency that Nestle had contracted to run the promotion. Was told they waiting for Nestle to give them a go ahead on handing the prize. It's almost two months now, I even tried communicating with Nestlé on their Nescafe Facebook page but they are ignoring me
