Kitkat chocolate

A week ago I bought a kitkat chocolate, ate one finger and guess what I find no wafer in it, it was nothing but chocolate and I thought kitkat is suppose to have wafer inside it that was the second time I experienced something like that. Sent message on Facebook to Nestle Kitkat and they called me asking me about the situation, sent me a SMS which gave me R20 off any Nestle chocolate if I should purchase one. Not to be ungrateful, but seriously R20 . I expected so much more from them.
