Found an insect embedded in Nestle Milky Bar with strange discolouration

<p>On the evening of Wed 1 Jun i openend a slab of Nestle Milky Bar only to find a flying insect embedded in the chocolate and strange discolouration on teh chocolate. On the morning of Thu 2 Jun I left a product complaint on their website via the ' send us a message' function, I included a picture of the slab and the production codes on the packaging. It is Now the 7th of June and I am yet to receive any communication from Nestle about this. Needless to say I am less than impressed with their lack of response on this matter. Poor form. They really shouldnt bother allowing you to message if they don't actually monitor messages from consumers or intend to reply timeously. Exceptionally arrogant.</p>
