Foreign bodies found in milk.

My 1 year old niece is on Lactogen Stage 3. We regularly buy and have had no issues until recently. Last week Saturday she was irritable and complained about a sore tummy. At first we thought was making it up until she stopped eating and was always curling her legs when she's sitting to try and get some relief. Yesterday we took her to the doctor and she was given antibiotics and pain medication. We discovered at that at the bottom of the tin there are foreign bodies that we have never seen in any other tin we bought. The doctor said we were lucky to have discovered and discontinued using the milk. I am not sure how this product passed the QA. We have to now change from Lactogen to another brand because who knows what else we could find.
