Dissapointed and Dissatisfied

I bought Lactogen baby formula for my 6 month old baby on the 24th of October and after feeding her the first bottle my baby got extremely sick.Thats when we realized the formula was old and had a stinge. Took baby to dr the following day and she had "food poisoning " from the formula.I called in on the 26th of October to log an complain,I was advised the product will be collected the following day for further investigation. Product was only collected on 2nd of November (after 7 days) and I'm still waiting on feedback.Your lack of customer service and support is astonishing.I would never recommend your brand to anyone and I will definitely not leave it as is cus my baby could of gotten much worse.
