Nestle has been playing a leading role from time immemorial and it continues doing so with pride. we wish to bring this urgent challenge of Section197 from Smollan to Pack & Stack to the honorable CEO of Nestlé as follows: Employees of Nestle are working without the following benefits. 1. No Increments for 3 Years. 2. no Bonuses 13th Cheques 3. Forfeiting of Leave days 4. No Uniform 5. Poor Communication and 6. No annual Pension fund statements. as we are about to go on the Feast Eve Season holidays without a 13th Cheques for no explanation we felt that we must alert the honorable CEO Mark Schneider. who must intervein to this matter so that we can at least afford to enjoy our First Eve's season's with our family with our 13th Cheques. these concerns are from the Pretoria Region South Africa. as Nestle Employees we will continue to uphold the image of Nestle by continuously satisfying our Clients. we request an urgent intervention on this matter.
