DISAPPOINTED CUSTOMER!

I bought the Nestle Rolo ice cream. We were very upset to find that the ice cream was so far down, the tub was half and we paid about R130 for it. If fridges were off why are ice cream in this state being sold to consumers?

I emailed them directly with images of what we got when we opened up the tub but no response. Its not fair that ice cream in that state should be kept in fridges and sold to customers if they are still paying the normal expensive price.
