Diminishing standards

I am completely dissatisfied with a product that i purchased from your brand it is sad an unfortunate to know that we cannot rely on our Nestle product any longer, it has become a household brand to my family and now dropping your standards,when we think ice cream this is a brand that comes to mind first and now we have to think again with these experiences.<br> <br> <br> i purchased King Cone ice cream****ongst another) this weekend and to my surprise it was not a pleasant experience as the cone was so soft the ice cream was breaking away in my hand, i checked the packaging and it seemed some have past their expiration date and the others weren't, but not an edible ice-cream at all.<br> <br> <br> Shouldn't a brand such as Nestle have their representatives go out to stores holding these products and check that your customers interests are put first.<br> <br> Completely disgusted and most disappointed as this inst the first time ,i still have the recipes of purchase but unfortunately could not keep the product.<br> <br> Its simple if you cant maintain the standard remove the product
