Decaf Coffee - no quality control? Or not Decaf?
Hi

Nespresso club in the past month cannot answer the simple question of:

What is the caffeine content of your decaffeinated range of Nespresso pods?

Obviously the answer will be a range.
Obviously you must have an answer - or you cannot legally call it Decaffeinated coffee.
If you have any quality control - you will be able to give the exact caffeine content of each and every batch.

Please invest in a spell checker for your consumer facing contacts, as misspelled emails are highly irritating.

Please advise me:
1) Would you like me to invoke the Consumer Protection Act - where I purchased a coffee machine and some decaffeinated coffee from you based upon the fact that the coffee is decaffeinated, and now you are unable to supply me with an answer on the caffeine content of the Decaf coffee in over a month. (I have a 1%, right down to a 0,0001% - and now another answer that it is impossible to determine.). Based upon that and the CPA I can return everything to you.
2) Would you like me to wait a day or so until you find out what the range is, so I can keep the equipment?

Why is it so threatening to Nestle for people to know the actual caffeine content of your decaf coffee?
