Dead fly inside a tin of infant formula

I had purchased a tin of nan optipro 1.8kg formula on the 8th of March at clicks, towards the 23rd of March we reaching toward the end of the tin and I found a DEAD FLY inside the tin.

I contacted nestle, they got the Courier company to collect the tin from my house to do an "investigation" which took about a week and the feedback I got was them basically telling me that the fly was found in my house because it wasnt a fault from the factory.

The gave me a voucher for a small tin of milk which was 400g and told me they promote breastfeeding, then why are they still producing formula if they promote breastfeeding? What about us moms that are unable to breastfeed?

I am highly disappointed in nestle, they decided to give me a voucher for less then what I purchased forgetting that it's not about the money but my child's health. I tried to reach out to them again last week, haven't got a response until date.
