Cut from baby products at Nestle

I got cut with the packaging of lactogen baby formula and contacted them they collected the tin and months later after quality testing responded that there's no way it could of harmed me as the product is safe ..months later it happened again where I was cut and I left it now again in March I was cut while opening the tin and sent them an email to get no response ever since , which is so disappointing as I have to keep buying this milk as it is my baby formula but this is how they treat their costumers
