Contaminated baby formula

Hi I purchased Nido1+ baby formula that expires in 2017 but stinks very bad.the tin was only opened for a week.My baby consumed it for a week & I noticed she was getting sick.I emailed Nestle,then I phoned because they just ignored my email when I rep**** with my contact details.When I did get a call from them I was told that there will be further investigation after the formula was uplifted.I'v got no results from last month.They also asked me to get a doctors note & have my baby examined to say that Nido1+ is not the right milk for her.Reason being is because I told them I changed her milk now.let's be realistic,why should I pay for something that isn't my fault.But they won't pay for the doctors fee's or replace me with the formula I'm using for my baby now.Its rediculous that they are actually ignoring the fact that there is something wrong with the milk & not my baby.Why would the milk stink so bad after a week .I will never use nido1+ for my baby again.when I asked to speak to the manager I was told that I'm going to hear the same thing(they replace 1 on 1 basis).still missing the point that I was trying to get across.why have a consumer careline if no one can help you
