Consumers ****** by nestle

I recently purchased a packet of kit kat minis. There are normally 10 units in the packet. (10x20g=200g). This packet had 9 units and this is the 2nd time I have experienced this in a matter of 3 months. It seems that nestle is OK with this hoping that consumers do not check the contents of the packet. I am pretty sure that this will not be last time.
