Complaint about Nestle nesquick

<p>I am just so unsattisfied with Nestle. I have send them an email on the 13th of October 2016 complaining about the nesquick I bought this month which is full off lumps, 3/4 is one big lump. Till today i have not received any reply from them, it is like they absolutely do not care that people are unsattisfied with their product just as long as they can sell it. </p>
