Competition prize

I entered the instore competition that was ran by Cremora and Ricoffy .They were giving away Samsung appliances .In june i got an sms saying i should sent my id and till slip via email. On the 11 septemeber i received a call that i won and i confirmed my id number and also gave them my deliver address . Still to date i havent received anything ,When i ask cremora on facebook they told me that i was called by ricoffy team but i was called by their agency.
