broken scoop

<p>I have bought NAN Optipro no 3 when I opened the tin I found out the scoop that used to measure milk is broken has a missing piece. We had to look for it by putting milk in the other container and search for it but we couldn't find the missing piece which left me and my wife worried that if we didn't look for it properly this could harm our baby</p>
