Badly Functioning website/No feedback

My wife and were given a Dolce Gusto Coffee Capsule Machine purchased via Takelot. I have tried fruitlessly to register the machine with its unique machine registration number. In desperation I sent them an e-mail on their infomation e-mail address on November 7,2017 and I have had no response whatsoever.
