Bad service.

I bought a box of lactogen formula 1 and found something pink inside of my babies milk, I sent them an email with proof of what was inside and all the details, they said they'll get back to me in 72 hours it's been 5 days no one has gotten back to me, I just want to know what they going to do about it cause I had to throw that away cause I'm not feeding my baby that milk. Formula is expensive already as it is.
