Bad qaulity

Good morning. This message unfortunately serves a complaint regarding my last purchase of king cones twice a month that's a family treat with my last purchase we were not happy with the quality at all all the cones was broken the ice cream itself had a sticky texture the chocolate and nut drizzle on top was non existent. I need you guys to refund me.. The quality was just bad overall.. You guys can do better
