Bad Nestle product

I purchased some treats as incentives for my employees at work and the chocolates was damaged and tasted off, there was a huge list of items which was bought last week and the expiry date on the item is for 23/02/23

A few blocks of the chocolate was eaten and the person noticed it tasted funny when we took a look at it there was no labeling stamp on the chocolate and it had a white powder on it, the person became ill due to seeing and eating it

Please can we have it reimbursed as this is unacceptable quality.
