Baby Milk is damaged with clumps of milk

I wrote a report on Nestle bad products I managed to get hold of Nestle after a long struggle and then they collected the spoiled baby formula and sent a replacement with a letter telling me that they will look into the case and send the milk for analysis after a nearly 2 months I called them they then **** to say they tried calling me yesterday all day but couldn't get through I asked them what the report says. They then said that yes the formula was spoiled due to high temperature but this was scorched lumps of milk. They didn't even apologize when I told the gentle that I spoke to that I was reporting them he just rep**** OK. My baby could've died of their NAN milk and they cant even apologize or get back to me. NESTLE YOUR SERVICE IS PATHETIC AND ME AS A TRUSTED CONSUMER OF YOUR PRODUCTS FEEL HIGHLY DISSAPOINTED
