BABY FINDS METAL IN NESTLE CARMEL TREAT

I had bought the nestle caramel treat from my local store (checkstar, Overport) with the intentions of using is as an icing on a cake which I had baked for my family. I had given my 2 year old child a small piece to eat as he was curious to what we were eating only for him to burst out crying and for me to discover a small metal blade like object coming from his caramel treat which came straight from the tin onto the cake.

My child could of been seriously injured by this carelessness!!
