annoyed customer

i bought a tin of NAN optipro 1.8kg yesterday from usave in Jeepe street.when i got home when i opened it it had molt and creepy crawlies.how can a company as huge as nestle sell such products that may be harmful to our kids?took it back to the store no apology they just gave us the funds we used to pay.is this how customers are treated?
