Nesslily do not deliver

This website is a complete ****. They have nice pics of beautiful dresses and after ordering, they NEVER deliver. After contacting them numerous times by email, they only ever reply that they will send the goods asap. The emails are not signed off and no name is given. Very unprofessional. I have been waiting nearly a month and the order has not even been shipped yet. They also don't give refunds. Don't use this site, you will lose your money, like I did.
