Hi Carina, Since our last communication we recommended that the matter be escalated to the insurer of your policy which we have noted you did. We regret that the matter was not handled as per your expectations and regulatory guidelines, should you still feel aggrieved note that you have a right to take this matter up with the FAIS Ombud if it is only about NESS otherwise Long-term Insurance Ombud if it is both about insurer and NESS.  We do hope that by then we would have achieved an amicable solution as we want to act without insurers guidelines.
