Ness consulting are con artists

I have been trying to get a funeral claim finalized since January. I struggle to get through via telephone, on days that I get through there is always a different story. I have been communicating with them via whatsapp, and have provided everything requested instead they are giving me a form which they claim was signed by my late mother, I have indicated that it's neither her handwriting nor signature on the document but still I am not finding any commitment from this company. They are using forged document to try and convince me my mother had canceled her debit order, even though I have provided proof they have been double debit her account. @hellopeter please assist in resolving this issue
