Worst online service

I am utterly disappointed in your online service i will never purchase online coffee again from nespresso. first of i placed an R695 order on the 27th of January only to find that they had canceled my order themselves after the payment was successful by the 31st. i started phoning them and the gentlemen said he would place an over the phone order i told him specifically which address to use and he got it wrong my coffee is sitting 40km away from where i currently work and now its my problem.
