WHAT A PLEASANT EXPERIENCE!!!!! I called the Nespresso number trying to understand the different types of machines and how this process works with registering my coffee machine upon purchase etc. I got through to a Taryn Chetty, and my word, what an amazing person, with so many answers to my questions. She was so professional and helpful. I am amazed by her service and can only wish that we have many more people like her in the industry.
