What else Nespresso?

I placed an order online with Nespresso on the 11th July, almost 2 weeks ago for a simple Lume Mia Capsule dispenser. They said it will take 2-3 business days. I called and mailed and the response I received was " we apologize, I have escalated the matter to our warehouse manager to release your order for delivery for today. " This was on the 23rd of July. It is now the 25th I am still waiting for my order!! Really unhappy
