What an outstanding service!!!!

As a consumer we are very quick to blast a company for poor service but I feel we also have to tell the good of a company. I had a problem with my Nespresso machine and were in contact with Natasha and Tarryn-Lee at Head Office and within 24 hours my complaint were resolved. High Five Ladies. Thank you so so much for the great service. I am in 7th heaven with my machine.
