Welcome offer out of date

Imagine my delight on xmas morning to open a huge box with my first nespresso machine. I sampled some of the introductory coffee flavours - poured over my choice of welcome offers and decided on the Totem dispenser. I drove from Noordhoek to Canal walk to collect it. I was met by a prefunctory - \that offers has been discontinued - it must have been in an old box"- even though it was only bought two days before xmas!!<br> <br> I suggest that you don't put the offers in the boxes - rather add the current offer at the last moment!
