Vouchers that do not work!

I see other comments regarding vouchers that do not work - this is true! They do not work. In November last year I received a message saying I must use a certain code to use the voucher. It didn't work! Now I am sitting with another voucher - it doesn't work. Trying to send a message to the company also does not work - all messages are ignored.
