Very bad service and product

Bad service,bad Product and no after market service Waiting nearly a month for a my broken machine to be fixed or replaced. And every week a new story and no courier to pick up the machine Monday will be my 5 th call I call them every Monday to follow up and will hear a new story Cant wait to hear what they say this time. 🧐🤔
