Troubled Inissia Nespresso Machine

I bought an Inissia Nespresso Machine. It was working perfect for a week. After that I had several conversations with Roxanne (coffee specialist). She was extremely kind and assisted me in releasing the problem by means of an air lock; However, after doing that, I was able to make one cup of coffee without any problems, but after that it has been a struggle. I just left the machine over night. The following day and everytime I wanted to make coffee, I had to release an air lock or nothing happens. I am now convinced that there is a problem with my machine and is currently very unhappy. I love the machine, but I don’t want to struggle everytime I want to make myself a coffee.

They collected the machine twice (luckily I am a club member) and everytime the feedback is "there is no problem", but why am I experiencing the same problem after a day or 2.

I have emailed video clips (more than 3 clips) in the same format as they have mailed me and apparently they cannot open my video's.....

My machine is brand new. Delivered on the 27th of January 2021 and started using it on the 28th.

I don't want my money back. I just want a normal working machine and was willing to also pay the balance if they give me an upgraded machine as I am worried that the another brandnew Inissia Nespresso machine might have the same problem.
