We bought two city and milk machines from take alot, 2weeks apart, my self and my brother

The deal is you get R500 voucher for coffee pods upon registration.

My brother registered his and he got a R500 voucher , he used it to buy 5packs of offer .

I registered mine and I got a voucher. But .y voucher says I have to buy a Min of 10 packs to use my R500 voucher.

Trying to get assistance from the helpdesk is waste of time. I emailed them and the info I get back is just tells me to register and use the voucher etc. No real information or help.
