Terrible service

This has been a terrible experience to say the least.

It started off well with the team collecting our machine and delivered within a week.

When we received it, we tested it on the day and it didn't work.

The issue is intermittent it works then doesn't work.

We escalated to the manager Tarryn who took the call and promised to call us back... This has not happened.

Today we call again and we do a few trouble shoots and it makes the coffee but the problem like explained multiple times is intermittent. Which can't be good as we shouldn't have to constantly press a button to get it to work.

They offered a sleeve of pods (let's see if we get it) which doesn't touch sides to amount used and wasted because it would not work.

We have had to constantly call and follow up.

We are loyal customers and as usual the after care is forgotten about.
