Terrible After Sales Service

The Coffee and Machines are stunning, not to mention the speedy coffee delivery. However, my less than 4 month old machine 'broke' - it took me several phone calls and emails for them to eventually come collect the machine. Two weeks and several phone calls later, I am still unclear where my machine is? It should be replaced as how can I new machine break. The aftersales service is beyond terrible.
