SIYA - EXCELLANT CLIENT SERVICE

<p>I had so much trouble with a delivery from Nespresso and usually this never happens. We order coffee regularly and it is delivered within 2 days. But this time around our order was 1 weak late and on top of it all, the wrong order was delivered. When I contacted the call centre, I was quite ready for a fight as this order was quite urgent, I spoke to Vincent and after him I always spoke to Siya. Siya made everything so much easier. He calmed me down and he handled the situation with excellance. Contacting me on a daily basis to inform me of the progress. I am so impressed with the service that I got from him. I must say, this is the best service i got from anyone in my life. I do believe that Siya is a big asset to Nespresso and that he is an amazing person. Thank you Siya for all your assistance and for the great work. It is much appreciated.</p>
