Shocking service from Nespresso and their preferred courier service

I ordered product on the 27th of February with a confirmed delivery of between 1 and 2 working days in Main Centres. I stay in Milnerton (Western Cape) and am STILL waiting for my delivery. Tracking the delivery off the courier website shows from Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday as "driver ran out of time" !!! What shocking service is this? A call to Nespresso has only resulted in "an apology" and a statement that "the order will be delivered today"!!! What absolute BS and shocking service
