Promise kept for delivery

I purchased a Nespresso Machine online due to the condition of delivery which will be done with in 2-3 working day. Initially I was very irritated to get any delivery information out of Nespresso as no one could tell me the exact movement of my order. Finally on working day 2 my tracking picked up on the delivery companies website and all was on track. My delivery was done in time on working day 3. Well done, still I am not sure if i would like to go through this delivery uncer*****y again in this time of the year.
