Poor service - online ordering

I placed an online order on 25 March before 12h00 from a major centre which is documented on their website to be delivered between 1-2 working days. Today is the 4th working day and no delivery has been made, and no communication has been received. I have contacted their call centre and am awaiting feedback. Their service level management and customer communication is seriously lacking.
