Poor service, empty promises

Bought a machine, and they just full of empty promises. No reply form them, scared they have to give me the 2 year warranty for registering and the sleeve of free coffee pods. Service is absolutely pathetic. Actually it is no existent unless they need to take your money, then they on the ball to collect.
