Poor customer service

An order placed on the 23rd of September and over a week no proper response as to why i have not received my order whereas it says SHIPPING METHOD Main Areas: 1 to 3 working days. Outlying: up to 5 working days

You follow up and they will tell you that they Will find out as to what’s happening with the order and they never get back to you.
