Pathetic Customer Service

I had a problem with my Nespresso Vertuo Next yesterday. I called the Call Centre and choose Opt. 3 for Technical. The Lady who helped me put me every minute on hold to speak to Technical. Eventually I asked to speak to Technical myself and she said I am not allowed. With the whole troubleshoot thing I waisted 5 capsules. Eventually she said I must go to the store where I bought my machine 3 weeks ago. I am totally unhappy with the Call Centre and to top it the waiste of capsule and no offer to fix it.
