Pathetic customer service

I purchased the new Essenza, with the complimentary R600 voucher. When trying to purchase coffee using this voucher the transaction timed out. I retried and got an error: voucher invalid. I've sent multiple emails. Zero response to date. Not even an acknowledgment. It has ruined the birthday experience of my mother, whom I bought the gift for. Now I've had to tell her to keep waiting for something that's already supposed to be hers. A brand that exudes class and high quality should not have this pathetic customer service. I don't even want to call them because I have no faith that it will actually be resolved and will probably lead to more frustration. but I will probably have to soon at this rate. Do not recommend.
