Order never got delivered and no answer from emails and calls

I placed an order on 27 March and still haven't received it which is unlike them. I always receive my orders quickly. I emailed them and tried calling. As we speak, I am on hold waiting for someone to answer the phone (again). Right now it seems that there's no way to get hold of them which worries me.
