No Service

Waited in line at the Nespresso in Sandton City at 5.15pm 27 May 2015. Finally both cashiers were free but I was the only person waiting at the till. They did not help me. I stood around for a couple of minutes at the till and they continued to ignore me. Eventually left feeling very disappointed.<br> <br> This is a premium brand - feel like I wasted my time buying a machine now because I cannot use it anymore.
