No reply or resolution

When I ordered capsules for my Latissimi, I must of selected the wrong ones and received the big capsules instead.

I reported this and you kindly became and collected these one at my cost.

You said you would rectify this for me, as I have already paid, but nothing is happening. I’ve emailed 3 times and no one is replying to me or sorting this out for me.

What more must I do to get help??
