No delivery!

We ordered coffee on the 9th of Nov. Delivery is supposed to take 2-3 days.<br> Wednesday I was informed the package was damaged, a new order will be submitted, which will be delivered on Friday.<br> Today, no delivery. I phoned 3 times, and everytime someone would phone back, but nothing.<br> Everytime I have to phone and explain all again...with no results.<br> Finally I get a voicemail, saying delivery will be Monday or Tuesday! <br> I made no mistake with the order. I do not care for their administrative problems. I ordered and expected better service. We stay in Pretoria, surely it can't take THAT long for a delivery.<br> Maybe TAKEALOT should take over....at least we will get proper customer service and on time delivery.
